Located on the second floor of this incredible historic building, this 1 bedroom apartment has what you need for one night or many. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of equipment to help make this your home away from home. Walking distance to some of Cheyenne’s best shops & restaurants. Ultra secure building is safe and private to the few who have building access. Nice, quiet neighbors & free parking.Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit. Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.I don't live on site, but we are available between 7am and 10pm. Call anytime for urgent needs.CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.The main entrance of the building is accessed with a keyfob that is in a lockbox. This keyfob is shared by all the guests in the building. It must be placed back in the lockbox with the numbers scrambled after use. Failure to do this, requiring us to track it down will result in a $25 fine. If the keyfob is lost or damaged, there is a charge of $50.No smoking of ANY kind (cigarettes, vaping, pot, etc) permitted in the building. It’s an old building and the smell will definitely carry throughout.We do not own the building and the owner does not allow pets.
