Harborfront condo with boat slip and fishing light Newly renovated condo on the harbor, boat slip, fishing light, 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, 6 beds, kitchen, 2 parking spots, 120 lb ice machine on patio, fishing light, BBQ grill, pool access, and highspeed wifi!Condo is situated nicely on the harbor with a view of the bay, but far enough from the mouth of the harbor so you don't get "waked" from boats coming in past the "no wake" boundary and don't constantly hear the sound of motors firing up on their way out. The private slip in front of the condo is also protected from the prevailing southeasterly winds so it is easy to tie up to the cleats on the pier. We also recently joined a shared pool with several other condos
