Just few steps to the lake and your own 70’ dock. Bring your boat, jet skies and more. Public ramp only 1 mile distance from the house!!. You don’t have a boat or other toys? No problem.. Boat and Jet Sky rentals are available at a nearby local business. (Some suggestions in our guidebook)Did you know? Fishing in Tawakoni Lake is great all year around? Catch largemouth bass, catfish, crappie or hybrid striped bass and please send us pictures!! :)But not all is perfect right? If you still need to work on your vacation... no problem! dedicated workspace with lake view and Free Wifi provided.And if you are one of those Golf guys.. we are located 13 miles away from Deer Run Golf Club.If someone ask what else to do here? Our backyard provides multiple yard games including Corn Hole, Badminton, giant Jenga and more. Relaxing seating areas, fire pit and hammock. Inside there’s Smart TV and board games for those long nights of laughs.The "chef" is in full view of all guests while in this open-concept kitchen. The house is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen for great cooking. Fully equipped with all cooking utensils and small appliances. Whether you need to make toast, a cup of coffee, or blend up a cool concoction. If you prefer to grill we have you covered with a flat grill (gas) and a full set of BBQ tools available.If you have any questions, please let us know how we can help you plan your family adventure. ☀️Guest accessPrivate Driveway that can fit 5 cars, Entrance has Smart lock with custom code for each reservation. Private boat dock* (public ramp 1 mile distance). *The boat dock does not have electricity or water at this time.Other things to noteLake front property. -Swimming at your own risk. -Kids need to be supervised all the time. We strongly recommend use life jacket in the water all the time. No Diving around the dock. People who can't swim and Kids under 12 years old use life jacket outside.-Lake levels can change based on drought. Please check water levels online. -Property partially fenced.-Pets are not allowed.-Parties and events are not allowed.-All guests* need to be registered before arrival. *Extra charges apply for extra guests.- We are not responsible for accidents or injuries of any kind.
