The spacious open concept kitchen and living area has ample seating for your vacation group. Sunbathing to stargazing… there is something for everyone to enjoy. And of course, do not forget the beautiful crystal clear waters of the FRIO RIVER. There is seating at the table and at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is supplied with all basic kitchen needs. There is a large food pantry available for your use. BBQ tools are also provided. Full size washer and dryer are in the hallway near bedroom 3. A refrigerator (with icemaker), stove, dishwasher, & microwave complete your kitchen necessities.Picnic tables and additional seating are on the covered back porch and sun deck. Juke Box, Pool Table, Hot Tub, horseshoe pit (please bring your own horseshoes), and children’s playground are a few of the outdoor amenities. Also for your use is a hammock, washer cups (bring your own washers), corn hole boards. The outdoor pool cabana is a wonderful extension for your enjoyment. The single-story home allows for easy access and the paved parking area would allow 5 to six vehicles. And of course, do not forget the beautiful crystal-clear waters of the FRIO RIVER. In Concan, most of our homes are a 5 minute car drive to the river for PUBLIC ACCESS.To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice.
