This charming two story rock cabin is tucked away at the end of a quiet country lane and perfect for those seeking a private, upscale cozy escape. Enjoy the comfy leather furniture, floor-to-ceiling white rock fireplace and oh-so-cute western chic décor that will make you instantly fall in love with Old Oak. Thoughtfully designed, with upscale furnishings, this vacation home has everything you would want for style & comfort.The main floor open floor plan with vaulted ceilings make for an ideal gathering place for all your family or friends to be together. Newly polished concrete floors provide no fuss, carefree Frio living. The downstairs master bedroom is very large and has an ensuite master bathroom with double vanity sinks, glass shower enclosure and an old fashioned clawfoot soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a super stylish, western themed decor and hallway bathroom. Upstairs is the vaulted, open concept bunk room with custom built-in twin beds, romantic pedestal queen bed and ensuite bathroom.Enjoying time honored traditions of roasting s'mores around the custom rock fire pit, star gazing or just talking on the old fashioned porch swing. There's plenty of relaxation chairs, picnic table & bench, charcoal smoker and don't forget to play a game of horseshoes. Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be for an additional fee if ordered 2 weeks prior to arrival.Old Oak is an ideal location not only to float the Frio River, but for mountain biking, hiking Garner State Park or just strolling along the many hidden back roads that meander throughout Canyon Oaks. Enjoy this perfect escape less than 2 minutes to the Frio River!
