This home is located in Point Venture which offers a private 50 acre water front park with swim areas, boat ramp, picnic tables, disc golf course and a kid’s playground. Point Venture also is home to a 9-hole golf course, pro shop and new sports bar, “Caddie Shack” with live music on the weekends and a marina and famous “Captain Pete’s” floating restaurant.Watch wakeboarders go by as you cook in the kitchen or sit out on the deck. Deer will come eat out of your hand in the yard. This is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing weekend on the lake fishing, golfing or doing water activities. No need to have your own boat, Liquid Thrills boat/jet ski rental is located near the marina/restaurant called “Captain Pete’s ” which has great food. If you bring a boat, there is a front area to park a boat trailer. The home has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and door that opens to the balcony and perfect spot to have morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake. The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, full size refrigerator, Keurig, a gas grill, and all the kitchen accessories needed for cooking or BBQing. The upstairs living, master bedroom and downstairs game room has a TV. Free cable and WIFI.Bring the family. Enjoy a day at the park and evening watching the sunset over Lake Travis. A few floats, bean bag toss and movies/games provided.
