5BR+/4BA Waterfront Family Retreat sleeps 12 comfortably. This 5-BR, 4-BA Waterfront Townhome in Point Venture featuring 3 Lakeside Decks and a Private Boat Dock on beautiful Lake Travis is the ideal retreat for family and friends. (***See note at end regarding the lake level.) Comfortably sleeps 12 in 3 Master suites with king beds, 1 queen bedroom, 1 room with 2 twin beds and a TV room with a day-bed with a trundle for an additional 2 twins. We will accept up to 15 guests with additional fee over 12 guests. But, please note we only have beds for 12. An inviting décor created to compliment lakeside living and family fun includes Internet access, 5 Smart TV's accessing YouTube TV (including a 55" HDTV and Blu ray player on main level), a fully-equipped kitchen and utility room, a game room complete with a ping-pong table and numerous board games, wood burning fireplace and a gas grill. Neighborhood amenities include a 9-hole golf course, Tennis courts, Pickle Ball courts, Jr. Olympic sized swimming pool , exercise room in the club house, private 50 acre lakeside park with Frisbee Golf course, picnic tables, covered pavilion, play ground, basketball court, Volley Ball sand pit, (bring your own balls) boat ramps, and plenty of beautiful oak trees and deer. Plus, at the Marina there is the Captain Pete's BoatHouse Floating Restaurant & Fuel Dock and Liquid Thrilz boat Rentals.In short, this home has it all!*** NOTE: We are in a cove and susceptible to Lake Travis' fluctuating water levels. As of right now (May 29, 2024) the water level is 633.07 Water is at the end of our dock at about 663 and the dock will be fully floating at about 670. But when we don't have water at our dock the private park is a wonderful place to access the lake.***NOTE: While the neighborhood does not require any access card, the private park within the neighborhood does require an access card. One car per access card (2 cards are provided) will be able to enter the private Point Venture Park. Another words; you can not shadow in behind someone who has an access card to enter the park. *** NOTE: Currently our neighborhood pool is restricting access to the pool to 4 guests per access card (2 are provided).
