Family Retreat: Cozy & Tranquil Suburban Oasis We have recently renovated our kitchen and added some new features to the house. Our Smart TVs now use the Roku interface, making it easy for guests to access their preferred streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon. Additionally, we have high-speed Wifi that ensures uninterrupted connectivity. Thanks to a top-of-the-line whole-house water purification system, you can enjoy clean and refreshing water throughout the entire house. The system includes a water softener and carbon filter. Lastly, you can relax and enjoy the fresh air on our covered patio located in the fenced backyard.The property features a driveway that can be accessed from the rear alley, and guests are welcome to park on either the front street or the rear driveway. For easy access, electronic keypad locks are installed on both the front and rear entry doors. While the garage will be locked, you are free to explore all other areas of the house. Additionally, a gas fireplace is available for those chilly evenings, and you are welcome to help yourself to any snacks or ingredients in the kitchen.Prior to your arrival, I will provide you with a secure access code for the keypad door locks. Should you encounter any concerns or queries throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I am situated just a few miles away and can promptly assist you in person if required.Windermere is a peaceful suburban community situated in the charming town of Pflugerville that boasts of its rich history. The neighborhood is in close proximity to amazing attractions such as Windermere Park and Outlaw Paintball, while the scenic Gilleland Creek Trail can be conveniently accessed just across the street.The location provides convenient access to both IH35 and SH130. Moreover, Uber and Lyft operate in the vicinity.
