We have a blink security camera on-site and are able to see if you are having a party. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. - Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community!- No smoking inside of the house all all.- The listed price is based on 4 people. Every extra guest will be $25 per night on the reservation. If you have visitors staying a few nights, please let us know with $25 per night. However, if more guests stay than what we have told overnight, $100 fee per person per night. (By providing correct total number of people on your reservation, it should be all the total amount. There is no extra charges needed.)- NO Mailing Packages to the home.- We love our furry friends, but please let us know in advance. For pet fee 2 or under, it’s $60 per stay. Every extra is $30 per stay. If pets are at the house without permission, there is $150 fee per pet per stay. Please clean their waste in the backyard and hair on the sofa and bed before leaving.- PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. We got lots of bugs/mosquitos friends. We try our best to treat it and keep it out of the house but chances are that they might sneak in when you open and close the door. If see a couple, please say bye bye and clean them.Other tips to beat the heat:- keep the doors to the outside closed.
