Furnished rental in upscale neighborhood Located at the World of Tennis in the beautiful first class neighborhood of Lakeway/Rough Hollow area. Surrounded by waterfront and luxury homes in a safe and family friendly area, this condo is a hidden gem. Far enough to escape the hustle of the city but close enough to get downtown easily. There is so much to do in Lakeway!Three bedroom 4.5 bath. Three master suites include king and queen size high quality mattresses, nice linens and lots of pillows with a spacious bathroom in each room. Bathrooms have stone counter tops, nice fixtures, sinks, toilets and showers. Two rooms have a balcony overlooking the tennis court. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home, including microwave, coffee maker, ice maker and plenty of counter space for cooking. A separate dining room offers a table that seats 8 or more, with high back chairs and a long bench on one side. Living room has Restoration Hardware couch, large lounge chairs, big screen tv and a fireplace. There is an office space with desk and good lighting.Steps away from the back porch is a tennis court. Steps away from the front porch is walking and biking trail. If hiking through the woods is more your speed, the Greenbelt is less than a mile away and a gorgeous hike. There are 3 world class golf courses within 1 mile of the condo. Lakeway Resort & Spa is less than 2 miles away if you are looking to spa or rent a poolside cabana with lake views. The Lakeway Swim Center offers lap swimming. Across the street from the swim center is a fantastic mountain biking trail that winds through the canyon. Our favorite restaurant which is 1 mile from the condo is The Canyon Grille, located at the beautiful Rough Hollow Marina, a perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy lake views. Wineries, breweries and distilleries are sprinkled throughout the area for a relaxing and fun day out in the Hill Country.Note: This condo is two story. Parking is directly in front of the unit.
