Tucked away from busy Carlsbad traffic in quiet neighborhood. Comes with heavy duty central heat and cooling system. Lots of parking space. Large pecan tree in the back gifting delicious nuts overnight.THE SPACE:❁ Very spacious home with large living room, dining space, ample kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Master bedroom has attached shower bathroom.GUEST ACCESS:❁ Laundry, kitchen, amenities and good overall space. Storage and backside locked room & shed is off limits.GUEST INTERACTION:❁ We do not stay in the premise. We leave the guests to enjoy their privacy, but available for questions or any issues.NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:❁ Large driveways, wide streets, large front yards and less traffic than majority of Carlsbad clustered rundown streets. Small town Carlsbad is booming with traffic of a big town, but you are not in it.❁ Walk to river and parks!OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:❁ ONLY EXACT COUNT of guests being BOOKED can stay. Non-compliance means immediate eviction. So please ensure that the number of guests in the booking matches with the number of guests staying. You can always add more guests to the reservation, and we will approve.❁ REVIEW and FOLLOW all check-out information sent in the welcome message.❁ NO taking away towels, utensils, beddings, comforters nor supplies. Please use what you need and leave the rest behind.
