One of the highlights of this vacation cottage is its proximity to Lake Worth Beach and downtown Lake Worth Beach. A short stroll will lead you to the sandy shores of the lake, where you can bask in the sun, take a refreshing dip, or simply enjoy a leisurely walk along the water's edge. If you're in the mood for exploration, head to downtown Lake Worth Beach, where you'll discover a vibrant scene with eclectic shops, charming cafes, and lively entertainment options.There are many beach amenities for you to use in the cottage, have fun with them. Items include anything you see: chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards. I have also added a grill for you to cook up some BBQ. There is a firestick for entertainment as well as some fun games.I live nearby and will be available via text or phone during the duration of your stay.A safe and sunny neighborhood. Walk to Starbucks, Publix's supermarket or to the exciting Lake Worth Ave. and explore all the shops, restaurants and excitement of Lake Worth Beach..Getting around is easy by car, walking or bicycling. Everything including the BEACH is only 5 minutes away.Please follow exact directions; the GPS will take you to the front house, not the cottage.- Welcome to Florida!OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: There is a max of 4 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 6 guests allowed at any other time. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. This is a No Smoking property. Evidence of smoking will result in additional fees for ozone cleaning. No loud noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings are allowed. Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license. Lead guest does take responsibility for any person on the property, excluding the mgt. co., the property owner, and their agents, to the fullest extent allowable by law. Failure to follow home safety norms or breaking any of the stated home rules will result in the immediate termination of rights and privileges without warning and without a refund. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area.
