The neighborhood comes with lots of quiet moments and peacefulness.- WELCOME to FLORIDA :-)OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:There is a max of 6 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 8 guests allowed at any other time.You must be 24 years or older to rent this property.This is a No Smoking property. Evidence of smoking will result in additional fees for ozone cleaning.No loud noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings are allowed.Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license, and the full names of all other additional guests. Lead guest does take responsibility for any person on the property, excluding the mgt. co., the property owner, and their agents, to the fullest extent allowable by law.Failure to follow home safety norms or breaking any of the above stated home rules will result in the immediate termination of rights and privileges without warning and without a refund.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area.
