It has 2 wood burning fireplaces, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, a rec room, 2 decks and one patio. It has a commercial stove, kitchen completely furnished with all the cooking utensils you need. However, you are responsible for your own food. This home is located only 8 miles from Hwy 70 and 1 mile from the Innsbrook gate. Enjoy golfing at the award winning 18-hole golf course at Innsbrook. The Katy Trail is only 12 miles away. Shuttle service may be available to local wineries for an additional fee. Cedar Lake Winery is only 5 miles away. With Innsbrook, Harmony Church and Cedar Lake Winery only a few miles away, this home is perfect to host a wedding party.
