Also, with close proximity to restaurants and stores this home is in the perfect location for a great family vacation!The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Smart TV w/Roku, Dresser, Closet and an En-suite bathroom with a large beautiful soaker tub, combination shower/tub and dual sink.The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, Dresser, Closet and Smart TV.The Third Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, Closet and Smart TV.The hallway bathroom has been completely remodeled with a walk in shower and large sink vanity.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for any meal at home to include a dual Keurig/Regular Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of coffee, creamer and sugar), Blender, Utensils, Cookware, etc. The Living Room is spacious and consists of all new furniture, table/chairs, Smart TV w/Roku and Board/card games for family game night!!The kids (and adults) will love the large stocked catch and release fishing pond with Catfish and Bass right behind the house!! Create memories while enjoying the great outdoors with loved ones!The covered outdoor seating area next to the pond is great for relaxing with covered seating and a fire pit (charcoal/fluid not provided) in the evenings after a long day at the beach!! ***NOTE: THE OUTDOOR TV HAS BEEN REMOVED***You will also find several outdoor seating areas around the home to relax and enjoy family time!A Charcoal BBQ Pit is located on the back porch for guest use (charcoal/lighter fluid not provided).-Washer/Dryer available for guests use (laundry detergent provided)-Boat Parking Available-We provide all bathroom towels, linens and starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, body wash and dishwashing soap.***We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance.
