This home is an amazing 5-minute drive to The Streets at Southglenn and the Arapahoe Entertainment District, two local hotspots for good eats, drinks, and shopping, and a 5-minute walk to Willow Spring Open Space for wildlife viewing and hiking. There are three bedrooms with king sized beds and two secondary bedrooms with a queen sized bed and two single beds. All rooms are furnished with the most comfortable memory foam beds as mentioned by our recent guests! Snuggle up for a movie night in front of a SMART TV in one of the two living rooms in the upper and lower levels of the house with Roku access to stream to your heart's content. Cook a delicious meal in our renovated 1960s kitchen followed by drinks in the backyard patio as the sun sets. Or venture out to the nearby Streets at Southglenn for a variety of delicious eateries and enjoy their free summer outdoor concert. Guests will have access to the entire home except for the cleaner's closet which is locked up. If you're looking for a quiet reprieve in a suburban setting with quick access to urban activities, then Nob Hill is the right place for you. Situated in the city of Centennial, this is a clean and green South Denver area with parks, shops, and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is only a 25-minute drive to downtown Denver. The streets Centennial are usually quiet and peaceful for walking around. Access local fun with a 5-minute drive to The Streets at Southglenn and the Arapahoe Entertainment District, which are two local hotspots for good eats, drinks, and shopping. For low-key activities, the Willow Spring Open Space is a 5-minute walk from the home with awesome trails for wildlife viewing and hiking. Medema Park in the neighborhood is a hidden gem for evening walks with a great view and a playground for families to enjoy. Parking is available on a private driveway under a covered carport as well as street parking in front of the property. Uber and Lyft are quickly accessible from this property. Public bus transportation is also easily accessible and a couple of blocks from the house. We live just a couple of minutes away so you may see us occasionally outside as we collect the mail or pull out the trash bins.
