Relax at your very own coastal sanctuary! A 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, two-story home with a private pool and rooftop deck! This newly built community is just a short distance from Port Aransas's popular fishing spots: Caldwell Pier and the local Jetties, including so much more!! As you enter the unit, you will be welcomed by an open floor plan and tasteful decor that radiates coastal vibes throughout the home. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with comfortable couches and a large smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, including an under-counter ice maker and duo coffee maker! Additionally, you will find a large pantry and dining table where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones. Upon request, we can provide high chairs and playpens. The first floor has a half bathroom and a twin bed available. All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with the washer and dryer. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a king-sized bed, and a large flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is divided by a wall: one side has a twin over full bunk bed with a TV, and the other side has a daybed with a twin trundle and a TV. The hallway bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. The community boasts a range of amenities, including a rooftop deck with town views and glimpses of the gulf! There is a fenced-in private plunge pool, perfect for keeping the little ones safe. You can utilize the outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach. Additionally, there are several local shops, bars, restaurants, and an ice creamery shop within walking distance from the community. Don't feel like going anywhere? Enjoy a game of cornhole in the community with neighboring friends and family!Don't forget to inquire with management about a high chair and playpen! These items are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis!BONUS: This community is perfect for large groups as it consists of 12 units, each with its private pool!Guest Access:The guest has access to the entire home.Getting Around:Our community is golf cart-friendly! Explore with ease as Sand Key Vacation Rentals has partnered with Port A Golf Carts to provide free delivery and pick-up for their golf cart rentals. You'll receive additional information in your booking confirmation message. Happy exploring!Other Things to Note:Please note that NO pets are allowed- a $500 fine will be applied if a pet is on site. Max 3 carsMust be 25 years of age to book.We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.Interaction with Guests:This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
