This stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers everything you need to fulfill your vacation dreams! Upon entering, you're greeted with a spacious open floor plan adorned with charming coastal furnishings. The large living room windows flood the space with natural light, making this home feel like the ultimate vacation retreat. In the living room, you'll find comfortable couches perfect for lounging and streaming your favorite movies on the large flat-screen TV. Wifi and Cable included. The spacious kitchen comes equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and an under-the-counter ice maker. In this fully stocked kitchen, you'll find a combination coffee maker ready to brew your favorite cup. A large pantry provides ample storage for your food items, and there's a convenient half bathroom just off the kitchen. The back door leads out to a fenced-in private pool area, perfect for outdoor relaxation and fun. On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a king bed, and a TV. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom features a spacious private balcony, with a king-sized bed and full-sized bed separated by a privacy wall for added comfort. This room offers an ensuite bathroom as well.The living room offers a twin bed for an additional sleeper. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the 2nd floor for easy access on laundry days. Catch the sunrise on the private rooftop deck while savoring an early morning coffee ☕. It's the perfect way to start your day with breathtaking views and tranquil moments.Shops, restaurants, and local attractions are just minutes away from this vibrant community. And if you're craving some beach time, it's just a skip, jump, and hop away! Don't forget to inquire with management about a high chair and playpen! These items are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis!BONUS: This community is perfect for large groups as it consists of 12 units, each with its private pool!Guest Access:The guest has access to the entire home.Getting Around:Our community is golf cart-friendly! Explore with ease as Sand Key Vacation Rentals has partnered with Port A Golf Carts to provide free delivery and pick-up for their golf cart rentals. You'll receive additional information in your booking confirmation message. Happy exploring!Other Things to Note:Please note that NO pets are allowed- a $500 fine will be applied if a pet is on site. Max 3 carsMust be 25 years of age to book.We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.Interaction with Guests:This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
