Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features tile flooring throughout. There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 3, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa, ideal for children. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful decor. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of one standard size vehicle allowed. Available monthly during the winter starting at $1850/30 nights.
