The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a king bed, and a TV. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom is spacious, with two single twin beds, and a twin over full bunk bed, separated by a privacy wall for added comfort. There is a private balcony and ensuite bathroom in the third bedroom. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the 2nd floor for easy access on laundry days. This community is in the heart of town, within walking distance of local shops and the beach! If you prefer to stay close to home, enjoy a game of cornhole with family, neighbors, and friends, and create fun memories together!Don't forget to inquire with management about a high chair and playpen! These items are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis!BONUS: This community is perfect for large groups as it consists of 12 units, each with its private pool!Guest Access:The guest has access to the entire home.Getting Around:Our community is golf cart-friendly! Explore with ease as Sand Key Vacation Rentals has partnered with Port A Golf Carts to provide free delivery and pick-up for their golf cart rentals. You'll receive additional information in your booking confirmation message. Happy exploring!Other Things to Note:Please note that NO pets are allowed- a $500 fine will be applied if a pet is on site. Max 3 carsMust be 25 years of age to book.We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.Interaction with Guests:This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
