The Oak Tree Ranch- Close to Naval Base This Mid-Century Modern Ranch home features a large White Oak Tree that gracefully shades this beautifully updated home! We are located just 13 minutes from the Great Lakes Naval Station and this is the perfect location to celebrate your loved one's graduation from Boot Camp, as well as enjoy all the wonderful places and sights in the Chicagoland area. You'll love the large floor-to-ceiling windows and all the unique MCM furniture in this lovely home.I live and work nearby and can assist with anything you need while you are visiting The Oak Tree Ranch!This home is in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. It's located several blocks off the main avenues so you will not hear any street traffic.-No Smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Use the waste receptacle provided. -No vaping inside the home. -No shoes in the house. Remove them at the door upon entering. Shoe rack is provided. House shoes/slippers are allowed.-No parties. We have exterior security cameras and if we see more guests than you booked for, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee. -No pets. We have exterior security cameras and if we see a pet, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee. -Check-out is at 11am. If you stay later, you will be fined $50 per hour if you stay past 11am. Our cleaning teams arrive at 11 am because we have new guests arriving at 3pm.
