4T Bunkhouse : comfortable private lodging for family fun. Enjoy a unique stay in our dual purpose lodging and horse barn on our working family farm and ranch spanning over 500 acres. This rustic yet cozy ranch bunkhouse offers a one of a kind experience blending modern amenities with the restful beauty of the countryside. Whether you’re a horse enthusiast, an RV traveler, or a group of friends and family looking for something uncommon the 4T Bunkhouse has something for everyone. Located close to the Waco area, our property offers easy access to the city attractions and a retreat back to the peacefulness of our rural location. We have 3 RV hookups with electricity and water that can only be rented with the bunkhouse. If you travel with your horse in tow we have 3 stalls indoors with 3 outdoor pens attached plus a 60’ round pen for exercising. We have games and a 65” Roku TV inside and outdoors we have a propane BBQ grill, roping dummy, horseshoe pits, hammock, picnic table and rockers for enjoying the evening sunset over the quiet fields.
