Welcome to "Barn on The Bay" 4bdr w 300' Lighted Pier on Turtle Bay Beautiful Sunrises & Sunsets, non restricted views of Turtle & West Matagorda Bays. Slip away from the hustle and bustle of the city here to Jensen Point. Sit on the back porch enjoying a cool refreshment while over looking the tranquil waters of Turtle Bay. Fish from the lighted 300' pier. Crab from the pier. Perfect environment to bring the family , kids can ride their bikes around the point as there is very little traffic. There is a boat ramp in the community to launch your boat and tie up at the pier.This home is fully furnished and includes sheets, pillows, WiFi, Flat screen Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom. All furnishings and furniture are new to include stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The kitchen is supplied with plates, bowls, coffee cups, utensils, pots and pans, cookie sheets, toaster, waffle iron and Keurig coffee maker. Gas Grill is available. Bath towels, hand towels are furnished for use in the house only, Sunbathing and beach towels are NOT provided. This property will comfortably sleep 8 in the beds and has a fold out couch for overflow or kids. Tranquility is the secret here, its quiet about 3 miles from the town of Palacios. Fishing is good year round off he pier. Crab traps are available to be used by guest. Bring your boat and explore all that Turtle and West Matagorda Bays have to offer. The decks stay covered from the sun 90 percent of the day so enjoying the breeze and not getting scorched by the sun is a great amenity of this property.
