Beautiful home on Matagorda Beach with fenced in yard! This property features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms while sleeping up to 10 people (8 adults maximum) comfortably. Enjoy breathtaking beach views from inside the home or sit on your private balcony and listen to the ocean waves crash along the beach. Beach access is available directly from the home with your own pathway through the dunes.The home has a fully fenced yard and is pet-friendly (two dog limit), perfect for your four legged family members. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds and two bedrooms with a full/twin bunk bed setup. Both bathrooms feature a bathtub/ shower combo and downstairs you will find an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing the sand off your feet. Enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise over the beach and take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen. The home has a smart TV and wifi available (cable or satellite channels not available). Every window in the living room and kitchen has stunning, unobstructed beachfront views. Spend your day on the private balcony enjoying the sea breeze, take a short stroll to the beach, or fish some of the best areas that the Texas coast offers.There are two exterior security cameras. One camera monitors under the house, facing toward the street/ gate and bottom of the stairs. The other camera monitors the backyard and the gate to the beach path. Audio is disabled on both cameras.As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. This is in leu of a damage deposit.The SafelyStay, Inc.
