One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.Getting Around:A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay. A boat is also a method of transportation used at this property.Other Things to Note:-- Policies --• No smoking - 1 dog is permitted, must be under 20 pounds. No puppies or aggressive breeds. $150 pet fee per stay. All dog information must be submitted in Rental Agreement. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $1,000 dollar penalty. - Must be at least 25 years old to book- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation.
