Upstairs master bedroom has a huge window with lake view and king-sized bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed and full bath. The bottom floor has a full over full bunk bed and a pull-out couch, full bathroom as well as a wet bar with an icemaker and mini fridge. Linens/towels provided. Standard coffee maker available (for coffee grounds).Lots of outdoor space to enjoy! Patio off the main floor has a dining table and new commercial stainless BBQ grill. The boat deck is oversized with a private boat slip conveniently accessed from the downstairs bedroom. Perfect for relaxing with your fishing pole.Non-Smoking - Please no smoking or any fire products in our home.Kick back and enjoy your drink while overlooking the lake, the Horseshoe Bay lighthouse and Yacht Club.
