This 3-story townhome is in the heart❤️ of the Resort and Lake LBJ community. Newly remolded and beautifully furnished, spacious living room and views of the resort. 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms! (2 Master suites.) On the balcony, there is an ability for outside dining and a BBQ with propane provided for you. One dog is allowed. You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina and boats and jet skis from Splash in Kingsland they will be delivered to you! If you are bringing your own boat, you can launch from Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina for a small fee and leave your boat trailer parked there as well. Bayside Buggies has golf cart rentals. There are also many local day trips that are wonderful! * Wine Tasting in Fredericksburg, Burnet, Dripping Springs...so many to choose from! * Hiking Enchanted Rock, there is also a hiking trail in city of Horseshoe Bay * Shopping, eating, and drinking in Downtown Marble Falls * Area restaurants you should try out (don't miss Blue Bonnet cafe) * Hidden Falls Adventure Park where you can rent atvs * Hidden Falls Golf course in Meadowlakes, Delaware Springs in Burnet, Legends in Kingsland and Blue Lake Golf in Blue Lake are just a few public Golf courses in the area. The Sweet Retreat is professionally managed and well stocked with toiletries and supplies needed for your stay, immaculately cleaned, and you will have 24/7 guest communication.
