The day dock is perfect for fishing, swimming, and paddleboarding. Located close to the Horseshoe Bay resort area. You will love our lakeside pool, bbq area, and sunny dock perfect for launching our paddleboard which you can use for free. Our first floor newly renovated condo features: * an open floor plan combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room * The condo features cable, wireless internet, full washer & dryer, AC and Heat, and fans in all bedrooms.*a fully stocked remodeled kitchen with a blender, toaster, and Keurig Coffee Maker. *the living room boasts a sectional sofa, paddleboard, and large flat-screen TV. *the back porch looks out over a grassy area and features chairs and cocktail tables. It’s a short walk to the complex (18 units) dockside which features 6 day docks for boats or jet skis as well as a communal swimming pool and BBQ area. One covered reserved parking space with 7 overflow spots available near the garbage area. The resort has overflow parking for anyone to use which is a grass field across from the resort at the roundabout. Enjoy sunsets, star gazing plus walking distance to ice cream, bait, and rentals at Horseshoe Bay Resort Marina. Walking distance to the hotel restaurant which is open to the public. Please note that resort amenities not available with this condo. This home comes equipped with all the necessities, Your bath and bed linens are provided, and the kitchen comes with dishes, cooking pans and utensils, and a starter of hand and dish soap, paper towels, TP, and laundry detergent. Horseshoe Bay has something for everyone! The easy access to the lake provides convenience for activities such as boating, fishing, paddle boarding, and other water sports. You can rent a boat or jet ski and have it delivered. There are 4 restaurants you can boat to from the day dock! Is golf your game of choice? If so, there are five public courses within a 20-mile radius. This condo is a great home base for exploring all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. With abundant opportunities for recreation and entertainment, you will never run out of things to do. Visit local vineyards and antique shops.
