Cedar Creek Lake is known for great fishing and anglers recommend our water for a great catch. You can fish in the deep water off the large dock or swim and float in the shallow waters along the yard’s edge. There is even a jump off tower for the more adventurous spirit. There is something for everyone in the family. If you have a boat, there is a nearby boat ramp and the water is perfect for tubing or skiing with easy tie up to the dock. If you are more inclined to lounge through the day, there is a hammock comfortable seating perfect for a good book or a long nap in the breezy, shaded yard. Kayaks are available for guests.RelaxOnce inside the house you will love the wall of windows that provide the spectacular lake view and beautiful lighting all day. The house is a reverse two story, so the master suite, living room/kitchen open concept are upstairs, which provides a beautiful view to everyone who stays. Have your morning coffee on either the upper or lower decks and watch the blue herons fish from the yard while the wood ducks frolic along the shore. You might even spot the local owl or hawk, as well.UnwindThe side covered deck off the kitchen will be perfect for an outdoor brunch made on the gas grill with dining and seating attached. Or cook inside in our fully furnished open concept kitchen looking at the beautiful lake view. If cooking is not for you, there are plenty of restaurants with easy access take-out. We will provide our favorite recommendations to take in the local flavor.Everyone can wake up to a water view with the 3 private bedrooms. The master suite is upstairs off the main deck, two bedrooms are downstairs. There is a TV room with additional sleeping, a fold out couch and twin trundle bed, as well as plenty of room for mattresses for kids. There are two jacuzzi tubs in this lake front retreat, one of which accommodates 2 people for that romantic weekend get-away.This is not a party house. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, with people who care about their property and want to relax on the weekends. Ideal for families and friends to gather for relaxing fun. Gather in this expansive yard for a spirited game of cornhole or washers, swimming or fishing from the pier, bobbing in the water, or relaxing in the yard.We allow well mannered pets; but ask that they not be allowed on the furniture for the sake of allergy sensitive guests. Everything will be provided for you to clean up when your pet "goes" so the yard will remain recreation ready for kids and families. There is a $50 per pet per stay fee with a $125 refundable pet deposit if the house and yard are left with no traces of your pet when you leave.
