The views are stunning. Hickory House was built as a labor of love to host family gatherings on lakefront land that has been in the family for decades. Soak in the fresh air, sunshine and lake views.Other things to noteLocated on a secluded cove of Lake Tawakoni. The cove runs east to west so the waters are calm. Ideal for water sports, skiing, wake boarding, kayaking, canoes, paddleboards. Bring your favorite water toys! We have a boat slip too.Looking for a fun weekend of fishing? Channel and blue catfish are abundant, along with limited numbers of flathead catfish. Largemouth bass is also a popular sportfish in this reservoir. Crappie fishing can also be good!
