This cabin home sits on a large 4/10 of an acre lake lot with 100 ft. of lake shore. Cabin has a true cabin feel to it with some of the original characteristics from the time the cabin was built. This property sits down a secluded paved road great for quiet walks and wonderful views of the lake and large Oaks. East and West Sylvia Lakes are located in western Wright County, near the Town of South Haven and Annandale. The lakes are connected by a navigable channel with a combined acreage of 1,573. They are also among the deepest lakes in the county at 78 and 97 feet deep for the East and West lakes, respectively. Water quality is excellent 20+ ft. No Cattails on shore, hard lake bottom and the lake is spring fed!Well maintained lake home with million-dollar lake views. Large open floor plan. This home has a guest boat house for extra guest. Above the garage you will also find a bonus bunk house room for extra sleeping space. The large dock offers boat parking and great fishing. We have dockside boat rentals available.
