The kitchen is well-appointed with a large island that seats four, complemented by a spacious dining table seating eight.All living spaces, including the four bedrooms and two bathrooms, are conveniently located on the main floor. The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. Both the second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, ample dressers, and closets. The fourth bedroom, designed for children or as a "bunk room," features a custom-built twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-sized bed.For breathtaking sunset views, stroll to the end of 3rd Street to the neighborhood association's viewing deck. Explore Monroe Boulevard to discover Kids Corner Park and the iconic Blue Stairs, leading to the stunning shores of Lake Michigan. The Van Buren Trail, a broad paved path, offers a scenic route to Van Buren State Park or downtown South Haven.Please be aware that the house does not provide direct beach access.
