The innovation design of the house is perfect for leisure living as well as providing an elegant venue for entertaining and family fun. Even when the lake is low, we are on open water, which means there is always water in front of the house. If the lake is down there is just more beach area. There are 2 public boat ramps near by and boat rentals available. Ask for more information and we will provide you with and information sheet on Cedar Creek Lake area activities.The southern exposure on open water, and wrap around covered deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the predominantly southern breeze. A fresh cup of coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the lake is a must. The cottage offers a large living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, expansive use of glass, a spacious well-appointed kitchen, and large informal dining bar. Outside the approximately 800 square feet of decking creates the perfect outdoor environment where you and lucky guests will enjoy east facing open water views and unlimited entertainment possibilities. In addition, there is a private boathouse with large sun deck. We have 2 Kayaks that are available for our guests use. The house is in a clean well maintained neighborhood that is free of mobile homes. PARTIES FOR PROMS, GRADUATION ETC.. ARE NOT ALLOWED.
