Your home away from home, this house has it all: a covered patio, a gas firepit, a brand new dock with a swing, a fully appointed kitchen, and activities and games galore! Paddle board around the cove during the quiet morning. Use the water tubes provided to pull the kids (or adventurous adults) around the lake. And if you don't have a watercraft, tie the large floating mat to the dock and the kids will play for hours! In the evenings, watch the gorgeous sunset from the deck while cooking dinner on the gas grill. When you're not on the water, spend time playing ALL the games including: air hockey, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, whiffle ball, bean bags, put-put golf and horseshoes. Keep the fun times going inside where its cooler with a 2-player arcade, an old school Nintendo with 600+ preloaded games and every board and card game you can think of! Did I mention there is a community pool?! Just a quick walk, and an even quicker golf cart ride away!Situated on a quiet cove (known for great fishing) in charming Enchanted Oaks, one of the best neighborhoods on the lake. Located next to the quiet community boat ramp which provides convenience if you are bringing your own watercraft. House parks 4 inside the gate and 2-3 outside the gate. Community has a pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day) and a playground. Upscale dining, grocery and liquor store located within 6 miles!Home was completely remodeled in 2018 and backyard updated and new dock built in 2022. House is meticulously maintained and cleaned. Primary bedroom is located on the first floor and the other two bedrooms are on the second floor, each bedroom has its own bathroom. High speed internet, living room has a smart TV and cable, smart TVs in all bedrooms. There’s even a desk with a large computer monitor if you have to work. Golf cart available for rent for $40 per day (must rent for the entire stay).
