Wood burning firepit. The home is one mile from historic downtown Dripping Springs, you are truly in the heart of it all. As you enter the spacious home the main living area opens to the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need. There is a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There are three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The guest rooms have queen size beds. You will sleep comfortably on the pillow top mattresses in every room (Sleeps six adults total).Two flat screen televisions equipped with Roku. Guests can enjoy over 4,500 channels, DVD player, movies and secure high-speed internet. For your convenience the property has a washer and dryer. Real wood fire pit with spectacular views. Sit in one of the many rocking chairs on the front porch and enjoy the amazing view. Relax in the backyard under the cafe lights surrounded by oak trees for a night of stargazing, hot tubbing and grilling with friends and family. Extensive measures are taken to clean, sanitize, and disinfect the home. All linens are washed in hot water. After the home is spotless, we use the brand Force of Nature to disinfect the entire home. This product is non-toxic, safe for children and adults. The property is one mile from the heart of Downtown Dripping Springs and twenty miles from downtown Austin. The perfect location to enjoy all the Hill Country has to offer. This duplex is on a private acre of land surrounded by trees, on a hilltop with amazing views. Guests have access to the home with a keypad. No events without prior approval. Only the guests on the booking are allowed in the home. Manager is on call 24/7 for your convenience. This property is a duplex on over an acre of private land and all amenities are separate. The unit has a private hot tub, backyard, porch, grill, entrance and parking.
