This recently remodeled single level home offers 2,567 square feet of living space, four bedrooms (one is a secondary suite), three bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests.You'll enter the home through the front door stepping directly into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area. Living Room: The spacious room boasts a comfy sectional, a 72” Smart TV and a dining/game table. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a gas range with a convection oven, spacious stone counters, and kitchen bar with seating for three. Dining area: Features table and seating for 10. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: (all new mattresses) Master bedroom — King size bed, 60” Smart TV, the ensuite bathroom offers a Walk-in Therapeutic jetted tub and separate shower. Secondary suite/bedroom 2 — Queen size bed and a private bath with a tile/glass shower. The living area features a 60” Smart TV and the kitchenette has a microwave, drip coffee maker, mini fridge, ice maker and bar seating. There is also access to a covered patio with outdoor seating. Bedroom 3 — Full size bed and access to a full shared bath.Bedroom 4/bunk room — Full-over-full bunk beds and twin trundle and access to a full shared bath.Full shared bathroom delivers a tub/shower combo. Outdoor Areas:The private yard is great for everyone in the group. There is a 3 to 5 ft pool (heated for a fee), plenty of lounge and Adirondack chairs, while the covered patio offers a bar with seating, patio sofa and a gas BBQ.EFF 10/1/2024: Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $150 per day.
