The cottage is a unique property that sits on a 1/2 acre lot full of live oaks allowing for a great setting for friends and family to gather. Location is close to 'downtown Dripping Springs' with many local businesses nearby, such as boutiques, coffee shops, a book shop and a wine tasting bar! You will be close to all the action! (note: there is no dishwasher)✦ Located only .5 miles (8 min walk) from Mercer St and a stone's throw from Sidecar Wine Bar.✦ Nice layout for 2 families.Guest accessEntire home with plenty of parking! Please make yourself at home!Other things to note~ The 1/2 acre lot is situated in between Old Fitzhugh Road and Ranch Road 12 and has access from either street. Old Fitzhugh Road is a historic street with an eclectic mix of businesses and residential.~ The kitchen is well-equipped, however it is small. There is no dishwasher.
