The B's Nest-Cozy County Heaven! 5 Star Host! Located on a quiet county road, this home is full of farmhouse charm. The house is approximately 1600 square feet. Newly renovated, this home has a master ensuite on the main floor with the perk of a huge closet/vanity space. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials needed to be a master chef or grill expert. Custom millwork throughout lends to the charm of the home. The cozy living area has gas logs to keep you extra warm. The open stair case from the dining room leads to a bonus space upstairs and two more bedrooms. All upstairs rooms have dedicated desk/vanity space. Rock, swing or glide into tranquil comfort on the screened porch. On cool nights snuggle up by the gas firepit table. The property is just minutes from Hanging Rock State Park. There you can hike, fish, mountain bike, kayak or canoe the day away. You could also tour the Yadkin Valley wineries for a fun day trip. Well within an hour you could be in Mayberry, the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Old Salem or Pilot Mountain. This home is best suited for adults and older children. The staircase and decor is not small child proofed.We are also in search of a traveling professional to stay at The B's Nest. We can accommodate up to 3 traveling adults. We would like a month to month with 13 week assignments. If you want to relax after a long shift and enjoy your hard earned days off? Look no further! The backyard has a raised be garden for anyone with a green thumb. If you bring your bike or canoe, you can store it in the Bea Shed out back. But the real charm of this place is the quiet retreat of a place to rest at the end of your day.Please note, while the home may be more of a drive to the city hospitals or offices than other listings, this country retreat is worth the distance!All utilities, including mowing, landscaping, trash collection and monthly cleaning (for longer stays) are included in the monthly fee.This home has been occupied for the last year, therefore there are limited reviews. please see sister property, The Cabin at Tedderfarm for the 5 star Host reviews.
