Perfect for a family or even two to enjoy the peace and quiet of the redwoods up on Skyline Blvd.The huge yard is completely fenced in, with a tree house, small climbing wall, swing set, multiple decks. The hot tub is an amazing hot soak under the redwoods. The downstairs sleeping area has a separate outside entry, so a great way to give your surly teens their own space.Sleeping arrangements:Upstairs: BR1 - queen bed (sleeps 2), BR2 - double bed (sleeps 2), and loft - double bed (sleeps 1-2)Downstairs: Japanese style sleeping areas (curtain separated) 2 queen beds (sleeps 2 each, total of 4) and 2 single beds in a trundled daybed (sleeps 1 each, total of 2) NOTE - the downstairs is accessed via a separate outside entrance.Treehouse: Sleeps 1-2 (camp-out)Bathrooms:1 BA upstairs and 1 BA downstairs Amenities:Fenced yard Play structures/areasHot TubWifiWasher/DryerFlatscreen Smart TVs upstairs and downstairsPets: Bring Fido - small woofs are welcome!
