As you enter the townhome there is a large foyer with a flight of stairs that takes you to the main living quarters of the home. With high ceilings and open living the living and kitchen area gets great light. The living room has a 65-inch flat-screen TV and wood-burning fireplace (please note it is currently being worked on and is not in use until further notice). Off the living area is a table with 4 chairs for extra seating. The kitchen is large and spacious for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and an island bar with 4 bar stools for extra seating. The dining room has a large dining table that seats 6-8 people. There is access to a large deck with a gas grill, outdoor table, and chairs.Also located on this level are 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks and its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and combo tub/shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and combo tub/shower. This bath is accessible from the hallway leading to the bedrooms as well as from the Queen bedroom. Down on the second level of the home is the master and third bedroom. Master has a King bed, 45-inch flat-screen TV, and access to deck. The bath has 2 sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. The master has 2 sets of large closets. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the deck area. It has its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and combo/tub/shower. The laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer is also located on this level and there is access to the 2-car garage. On the lowest level of the home is a TV room with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a stationary Peloton bike. This townhome is a short walk to the Harker Center with tennis courts and a swimming pool. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).Please note: No pets allowed. We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.
