We will provide location at check in so you can check them (if you have a boat you are bringing or are renting one of ours)House is on a canal just a few minutes from St John's river and Dunns Creek that lead to Lake George and Crescent lake both are known as the bass capital of the world. With access to Salt Springs swimming area as well as my favorite spring in Florida Silver Glen. From the back yard you can fish relax and will always see some critters like our Blue Herons that stops by all the time or the many birds that visit our bird feeder and bird bath as well as hummingbirds that visit the feeder and a few alligators in the canal. Home offers 100ft of dock front to tie your boat off with boat ramps just a few miles away if you decide to bring your own boat. We offer a 16ft inflatable boat with a 20hp motor for you to use during your stay (for a small fee) we also have a 21ft carolina skiff you may use (for a fee) Fishing Poles with tackle are provided as well as a worm farm to get your own live bait. You can fish right off the dock a catch many species of fish. Screened in grill area with a large gas grill and a large flat top griddle with table and chairs as well as a Smart TV to enjoy the outside. 2 king beds one is a Craftmatic adjustable bed with a TempurPedic mattress and one is a high quality memory foam mattress with cooling. Bunk bed for the kids with a futon double bottom and a twin top mattress. 2 couches make into beds one is a queen and the other is a twin. Tankless hot water heaterWater filtration system 6 smart tvsFREE wifiGated yard for your pets. With hunting in the Ocala national forest and other wildlife management areas within 30 minutes or less.
