EXCELLENT Dungeness crabbing in the summer months and fishing/shrimping throughout the year right out in the bay. (Note: fishing & crabbing license is required by Washington state)**Floor Plan**• First Floor: Living room with stunning view, kitchen, dining, washer/dryer, 1/2 bath, backyard with adirondack chairs, propane firepit and propane BBQ grill• Mezzanine: Main entrance, family room with smart TV, bedroom w/ queen bed and ensuite full bath and sofa bed• Second Floor: Master bedroom w/ king bed and ensuite full bath, bedroom w/queen size bed, office area with desk and chair, balcony**Home Highlights**• Waterfront backyard with outdoor seating available to enjoy the view of the marina• Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, Keurig coffee machine & coffee pods• High speed internet is provided• All beds are outfitted with high-quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet• 2-story windows bring an abundance of natural light, as well as blinds for each window• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs• 2-car garage plus 2 extra cars can park on the driveway**About the Reservation**• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.**Additional Info About the Home**• Two car garage is available, and 2 additional parking space is available on driveway. We allow parking for up to 4 cars. No RV parking or oversized parking allowed unless otherwise approved. Community street parking is not available.• There are no unauthorized boats allowed in our community canals or at our boat slip or any other privately owned slip. Please ask about getting authorization. There is a public boat launch within walking distance.**About Fees & Pricing**• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.**House Rules**• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban
