The bedroom has 2 full xl size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom as well as the living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use as well. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart tv with cable. Screened in balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy the view.***PLEASE NOTE CHECK IN TIME IS BETWEEN 3:00 PM AND 9:00 PM*** QUIET TIME IS 10:00 PM TO 7:00 AM.**The condo is 508 sq ft. it is not well suited for four adults.
