Spend your time here at Noma or visit nearby attractions including Yosemite or Bass Lake.Rental Agreement: We ask that all guests sign our short-term rental agreement. It is very simple and includes the rental duration, agreed upon price, and limitations to liability due to our location in nature.Late Checkout: Any unauthorized late checkout will incur an automatic $50 fee. Any unauthorized late checkout that is 2 hours late or more automatically incurs a fee equivalent of the nightly rate for that unit that night and does not extend your rental period. You will also be responsible for refunding us any amount that we have to refund another guest due to your unauthorized late checkout.
