The two houses share a driveway with beautiful Stratton mountain views just minutes from multiple mountains including Stratton! The houses are also minutes away from a park with swimming hole and playground, restaurants, supermarket, multiple state parks, and more!FARMHOUSE:There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms! Some of the amenities include multiple super comfortable oversized couches, wood burning fireplace, 70" smart TV, 65" smart TV, cable + high speed internet, skeeball table, shuffleboard table, foosball table, + more! The finished lower level consists of an oversized couch Facing a 70" smart TV and a game area with skeeball, shuffleboard, and foosball tables!The first floor consists of a Kitchen / dining area, full bathroom, sunroom with comfy couch and table to eat or play some games overlooking Stratton Mountain, large living room with oversized couch + Large flat screen TV + wood burning fireplace!The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:Upstairs Bedroom 1: 1 king size bedUpstairs Bedroom 2: 1 king size bed Upstairs Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, 1 twin over twin bunk bedUpstairs Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bedThe third floor consists of 1 half bathroom surrounded by two sleeping areas openly connected. One side of the room has two twin beds and the other side of the room has another 2 twin beds and a full size bed.GUESTHOUSE:The Guesthouse is a compact (~800sq ft) but super comfortable. There are a total of 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 1 bathroom. The guesthouse also has high speed internet, cable, smart tv +, more! The upper level has 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 full bathroom (shower), living room with smart TV with cable, kitchen, and a dining table.The lower level consists of the mud room and one additional bedrooms containing 2 queen size beds and a twin size bed.The houses are roughly 8-10 minute drive to the base of Stratton, 7-8 minutes to Magic Mountain, 14-16 minute to Bromley, and 25-30 minutes from Okemo and Mount Snow.You have access to the entire property including house, guesthouse, and entire 5+ acre backyard!The third floor of main house and guesthouse living room both have AC for warmer months.The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used (there is 1 in the guesthouse as well).BBQ is stored during peak winter months so that it isn’t damaged.You are more than welcome to bring your dog, we just ask that you keep him/her off furniture and beds as it’s difficult to get the hair off and please pick up outside if in trafficked areas. If you would like to bring more than one dog please just reach out for pre-approval.Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into considerationThe house is family friendly but is not child / baby proofed.There is not a door between the two sections of the third floor.There’s a seasonal Outdoor shower next to the Guesthouse entrance!We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months (not specific to this property just good to have).
