Modern bath with glass shower doors completes this beautiful one bedroom furnished unit.Located at one mile to Longwood Medical hospitals, 3 minute walk to D line, 1/2 mile to Brookline Villages shops, restaurants, and cafes and 3/4 mile to Coolidge Corner featuring trader Joes, restaurants, movie theater and more.After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.Parking is available at $275/mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.There is a $150 lost key fee.
