Bedrooms offer a king and two twin beds. (Bed bridge can convert twins into a king), high ceilings and in-unit laundry make this the perfect place to call home.5 minute walk to Green line C train, 10 minute walk to Green line D train, 30 seconds to 65 bus.After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
