Brand new kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry. Sectional sleeper sofa, 55" flat-screen TV, and large dining table make this space great for entertaining. A welcome packet will be sent two weeks prior to arrival, it contains all info needed for check in and during your stay. 3 days prior to arrival, Arrival instructions will be sent, provides key access and a navigator that will take you to the property.Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.Parking spot for rent at $15/night in a lot 5-10 mins walk from the apartment. Let us know if you will be needing the spot!Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
