This property is perched in the middle of the lake and has a large outdoor area equipped with an outdoor kitchen - your home base for an epic weekend on the lake!This new build situated across from the North Ridge boat ramp has three spacious bedrooms and a game room with two extra beds to comfortably hosting large groups of guests. The master overlooks the lake with a king bed and fireplace along with a large ensuite bath with a shower and bathtub. The first bedroom features a king bed with a shared bath and the second bedroom has a queen bed with a private ensuite bath. The game room has a ping pong table and large media screen with two twin beds with trundle beds beneath them to sleep four.Enjoy access to the entire home and surrounding property. Over an acre of land to privately enjoy lakefront access to Lake Alan Henry. Behind the property are two paths - one to a scenic overlook and one down to a private beach. This property is located inside of a gated community on Lake Alan Henry. Keep in mind that this property is secluded and you should prepare before your stay. It lies 25 minutes from the nearest full grocery store and restaurants. However, there is a a smaller convenience store just a few minutes where they stock just essentials. We always recommend our guests come stocked with any groceries they would like to enjoy during their stay!A host is available through a direct line to assist with any questions about the property and help make you as comfortable as possible throughout your stay.
