The popular Stingaree Restaurant & Marina is only minutes away, and the beach is a short walk or ride down the beach access road. Still Waters is a 4 bedroom property with 3 different entrances and room to sleep 20. Upstairs you will find 2 separate houses connected by a covered walkway. The main portion of the house has 2 bedrooms with a full sized bed in the primary bedroom and a full in the second bedroom. This side of the upstairs area also has a living room with satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen perfect for meal preparation after a day at the beach, and a dining area with seating for 6.Through the second entrance is a large open concept room with a king bed, 2 full over full bunk beds, and a futon. You will also find a small kitchenette area with its own coffee maker, and satellite TV, in addition to a full bath. Both of these upstairs living areas have central air and heat, and high speed internet. The downstairs area has 2 queen beds, a futon and a half bath. (the air conditioning down stairs is via a window unit). The property features an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. Still Waters is the place to be for your vacation!Small dogs allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.
